A Beautiful Closing: Finissage of Provence Urbaine

On April 25, we marked the closing of Provence Urbaine with a warm and memorable finissage at the stunning Domaine du Belambrée. It was the perfect way to wrap up over a month of sharing this photographic journey through the urban landscapes of Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.

Set against the serene backdrop of the vineyard in the soft light of early evening, the event offered a final chance to reflect on the images, the stories behind them, and the many encounters they sparked. Guests wandered through the exhibition once more, glass in hand, immersed in the textures, colors, and rhythms of a region seen from a fresh perspective.

The finissage echoed the same spirit that defined the vernissage on March 22, part of the Wine’Aixperience initiative by the Aix-en-Provence Tourism Office—a celebration of art, place, and the unique dialogue between photography and terroir.

Thank you to everyone who visited Provence Urbaine, supported the project, and helped bring this vision to life. Though the exhibition has now concluded, its spirit continues—and I look forward to sharing more work and moments with you soon.
